Each session draws on an integrated approach shaped through decades of training, practice and inquiry. Rather than following a fixed method, the work responds to what is present for you.
Explore the three pathways below or get in touch if you are unsure where to begin.
Transformative Somatic Sessions
A Transformative Somatic Session is an in depth, individual process that brings physical sensation and awareness into relationship. Rather than following a fixed method, the session responds collaboratively to what is present in you and supports the possibility of meaningful embodied change.
People often begin with stress, persistent tiredness, bodily tension, emotional overwhelm or the sense that an important pattern remains unchanged despite considerable understanding. These experiences become a starting point for listening more closely to the body and exploring what may need attention and care.
How the session unfolds
We begin by slowing down, noticing what is present and allowing attention to settle into the body. From there, we clarify an intention and let the session develop through exploration and response.
The work may include breathwork, somatic bodywork, movement, dialogue and energy work. Drawing on a range of somatic and contemplative approaches, these elements are woven together according to what emerges and feels supportive.
Change can take many forms: physical or emotional release, quiet clarity, deep rest, greater contact with sensation or a subtle shift in something long held. Every session is different.
When might this be right for you?
This work may speak to you if you:
- Sense that insight or conversation alone has not changed how a pattern lives in your body.
- Are experiencing stress, work related exhaustion, emotional holding or persistent physical tension.
- Feel disconnected from yourself or find it difficult to remain present with what you feel.
- Long for greater presence, freedom, connection or aliveness.
- Are willing to meet yourself through the body in a deeper way.
No previous experience with somatic work is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to slow down, feel and participate in the process.

Online Sessions
Somatic exploration wherever you are
Online Sessions offer a personal way to engage with somatic work from your own environment through a live video connection.
How the session unfolds
We begin by arriving, noticing what is present and clarifying an intention. The session may include breath, sensation, movement, dialogue and guided practices, responding to what emerges rather than following a fixed sequence.
Voice, presence and attentive guidance create space for meaningful embodied exploration without physical touch. Working from familiar surroundings can also offer support, while helping you discover practices that may continue beyond the session.
When might this be right for you?
An Online Session may suit you if you:
- Live outside Oslo or Amsterdam, or are travelling.
- Prefer to work from your own environment.
- Are unable to attend a session in person.
- Want continuity between sessions held in person.
- Would like practices you can integrate and continue independently.
You will need a private space, a reliable internet connection and enough room to sit, lie down or move comfortably. No previous somatic experience is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to participate actively.
Duration: 60 minutes (a longer session can be arranged in advance)
Location: Live video session via Zoom
Languages: English, Italian and Dutch
Bodywork & Massage
Attentive bodywork for relaxation, physical care and wellbeing
A Bodywork Session is a hands on experience closer to traditional massage. You are welcome to rest, receive and allow skilled touch to support your body.
The session may help ease physical tension, support recovery from stress or travel, and restore a sense of comfort and ease.
How the session unfolds
We begin with a short conversation about how you are feeling, any areas needing attention and your preferences for the session.
The work may draw on Esalen Massage, Deep Bodywork, Myofascial Release and joint mobilisation. Rhythm, pressure and focus are adapted to you, allowing the session to be slow and deeply relaxing or more focused on particular areas of tension.
When might this be right for you?
A Bodywork Session may be supportive if you:
- Are experiencing physical tension, fatigue or stress.
- Are recovering from travel or physically demanding work.
- Would like focused attention for a particular area of your body.
- Want to slow down, rest and receive attentive touch.
No previous experience is needed. Your comfort and preferences can be communicated throughout the session.

Questions You Might Have
Do I need previous experience with somatic work?
Not at all. Many people begin without previous experience of somatic work, bodywork or breathwork.
What matters is curiosity, openness and a willingness to slow down, notice what you feel and participate in the process.
What if I do not know which session to choose?
You are welcome to contact Giulio before booking. A short exchange is often enough to clarify which form of support best corresponds to where you are and what you are looking for.
Is touch always involved?
No. Touch is a possibility, not a requirement.
A Transformative Somatic Session may or may not include hands on work, depending on what emerges and what feels appropriate to you. Online Sessions take place entirely without touch.
Bodywork & Massage are hands on experiences, but the quality, depth and areas of contact are always guided by your boundaries, comfort and ongoing consent.
You can change your mind or ask for an adjustment at any moment.
How much clothing will I wear during the session?
For Transformative Somatic Sessions and Online Sessions, comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely is recommended.
Bodywork & Massage may take place in underwear or without clothing, according to the kind of work being offered and what feels comfortable to you. Appropriate draping is used, and your boundaries and preferences are always respected.
You are welcome to discuss this before or during your session.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no predetermined number.
A Bodywork Session can be received as a standalone experience or as part of ongoing care. A Transformative Somatic Session can also be experienced individually, although the work often develops greater depth and continuity over time.
You can begin with one session and decide afterwards whether and how you would like to continue.
Is this psychotherapy or medical treatment?
No. These sessions do not replace psychotherapy, medical care, physiotherapy or other forms of diagnosis and treatment.
They offer a complementary, body centred process of exploration and support. When appropriate, this work can take place alongside other professional or medical care.
Is there anything I should share before a session?
Please let Giulio know about anything that may affect your participation or the way the session should be approached.
This may include pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, significant medical conditions, medication, psychological vulnerability or concerns related to touch, breathwork or movement.
If you are uncertain whether a session is appropriate for you, please make contact before booking.
Is what I share confidential?
What you share during a session is treated with care and confidentiality.
Emergency health services may be contacted if there is a serious and immediate concern for someone’s safety.
